2012 ELECTIONS
BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ ELECTION REVISED BYLAWS and ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION
Watch for candidate statements and photos posted at the Co-op in early February.
The voting period to fill three positions on the Board of Directors and vote on the revised
Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation is March 1-31, 2012.
Ballots will be inserted in the March issue of the
Garbanzo Gazette and mailed to all currently active members (Make sure we have your current mailing address on file).
Ballots will also be available in the Co-op on March 1. Mailed ballots must be postmarked by Saturday, March 31
(mail to: SCFC - Board Election, 520 N Bullard Street, SC, NM 88061).
