As part of the Silver City Food Co-op's commitment to providing our members and customers with nutritious, wholesome food, we have established a Store Product Overview Team (SPOT) to ensure that the products we carry support health and are environmentally sustainable. We will be considering such issues as organic status, ingredients and packaging, as well as a variety of criteria that are necessary when choosing products for our co-op shelves.
